If there was any doubt that the car is the ultimate mobile device, GM just eliminate it with a sneak peek of the 2016 Chevrolet Volt at the Consumer Electronics Show. The new Volt – which is set to debut at the Detroit Auto Show next week – made a 30-second appearance on stage in Vegas, but GM didn't deliver any details on the powertrain tech.
