I recently got the invite to a birthday party for one of my all-time favorite car guys in Germany. So immediately after replying in the Affirmative, I called up my good friends at Porsche and asked if I could test drive a car. After all, I need to do research for my (as of yet unsold) new show, ``What Porsche Should I Buy?'' Unfortunately I only had two days in Deutschland — well only 28 hours, actually — but I put that gorgeous Sapphire Blue Carrera 4S to the test. After spending nine of those hours partying, six sleeping and two in the airport, I was left with a solid 11 hours in the seat. It ruled.
Speaking of the seats, they were upgraded Sport Seats Plus, and they are the first thing you notice when you get into a Porsche. They are small. But they're not uncomfortable, ganz im Gegenteil, they fit nice and snug. Kind of like a wet suit, they remind you that you are doing something sporty, but you could hang out in them for hours, because they also remind you that you are doing something awesome.
